Frequently Asked Questions

Ticketing & Sales

  • When is the Box Office open?

The Box office opens generally 45min to 1 hour before curtain call/showtime.

You will only need to visit outside Box Office Window if you haven’t already purchased tickets for the performance that way you may see if there are seats left and you can purchase on the day of the show.

If you would like to plan ahead you may simply order your tickets via our online ticketing order system.

  • Where do I pick up tickets if I ordered online ahead of time?

Tickets can be printed from the email confirmation sent to you at time of purchase. This will save you time from standing in line at Will Call Desk but your tickets are always available at Will Call at the time of performance. If you did not receive an email confirmation of your tickets, please contact us at Tickets@FCTstage.org, because your order may not have gone through.

  • Where is Will Call?

Will Call is located inside theatre in the lobby at the desk across from the bathrooms.

  • What is a Season Subscriber?

If you regularly attend FCT productions, you will want to consider purchasing a season subscription. A Season Subscriber receives a ticket for each regular season production at a discount. For example, if their are 6 regular season productions, you would pay for 5 and get your 6th show free! Season Subscribers can make seat reservations online, through email, or via phone call. Please see next question for more details on seat reservations.

Once your subscription order is confirmed, the Box Office will create an account for you in our online ticketing system. You may then use your unique code as payment during ticketing checkout process for each individual show. For more information please visit our Season Tickets page.

  • Where do I go/How do I order a Season Subscription?

You may purchase your season subscription via our online ticketing system. You will want to click on Season Tickets. You can order a season subscription all the way up to last performance of the first show of the season. When the first show is complete, many times we offer a pro-rated season subscription for the remaining shows.

Include in email or voicemail:

How many subscriptions you would like

Your name, phone number, & email.

We will be glad to contact you to facilitate your Season Subscription ordering!

Make sure you look at which performance date you would like to attend for at least the 1st production. Once your season subscription order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. You will use your unique codes from your email to reserve your seats for the individual shows. You may reserve individual shows at different times. You do not need to reserve for all productions at once.

  • If I am a Season Subscriber, how do I reserve my tickets for the next performance?
    • 3 ways:
      1. Use your unique coupon codes given by email @ time of Season Subscription purchase. Once you apply the code to your ticket order the amount will zero out so there is no charge to reserve your seats for each show online!!!
      2. Email the date of the performance you desire to see & your seat preference to tickets@FCTstage.org. Make sure to indicate you are a Season Subscriber.
      3. Call & leave a message at 540.349.8760 with your desired date & seat preference. Make sure to indicate you are a Season Subscriber and the best time of day to reach you.
