Ordering online tickets is easy, safe, and secure.  All personal information is encrypted.  The process is actually more secure than giving your credit card to a waiter at a restaurant.

Step 1

 

A list of upcoming productions is available on our Current Season page.  Click on the 'Order Tickets' link next to the production you wish to order tickets for.

Step 2

 

Click on the specific performance you want to order tickets for.  For instance if you were ordering tickets for 'The Miracle Worker' and wanted to attend the January 23rd performance at 8:00 PM, you would click on the 'January 23' link.

Step 3

 

Click the boxes representing the seats you want to reserve and then click 'Continue' at the bottom of the screen.  Available seats are empty and seats already reserved are colored purple.

Step 4

 

Once your seats are selected, you can specify the type of ticket (Adult, Senior, or Student) and whether you want your tickets emailed to you or left at 'Will Call' for pickup before the performance.   If you like, you may make a donation on this page.  To change the ticket type, click on the ticket type next to the seat you want to change and select the new ticket type.  Then click the button below 'Shipping Method' select 'Print @ Home' or 'Will Call'.

Step 5

 

Finally, enter your payment information.  Verify the order details and type in your name, email address, credit card, and billing address in the appropriate fields on the form.

 

If you are a season subscriber and have season subscriber coupon codes, you can enter them in the 'Enter Coupons' field and click on 'Apply'.  Doing so will reduce the price of your selected seats appropriately.  If you have more than one season subscription coupon code, you may enter the coupons one at a time and 'apply' them, or enter them all at once with commas between them.

 

You do not need to enter a 'Shipping Address', since FCT does not mail out tickets.

 

Once all your information is entered, click on 'Confirm Order' at the bottom of the screen to complete the order process.

Confirmation

 

After completing your order, you will see a 'Thank You' page and will receive an email confirmation along with your tickets.  You will get a confirmation even if you chose to leave your tickets at 'Will Call'.
