What is a Lofty?

It is an award given by Fauquier Community Theatre.

What’s in a name? I bet there is history here… How did the term Lofty award come about?

When we were first founded and formed we performed up in a small loft in old town Warrenton, VA. We pay tribute to our intimate beginnings with the “Loft”-y awards given out each season.
