  • Dates and Location of Board Meetings
  • The next FCT Board Meeting is on Friday, February 13, 2026 at 6:30 pm in person, in Vint Hill. For more information, contact info@fctstage.org. (The date of this meeting was changed from Tuesday, February 17, 2026. On January 29, 2026, it was decided that the board meeting on February 13 will be a specific strategic planning session and that it is a replacement for the Feb 17 meeting.)   • Unless directed otherwise on this site, FCT Board of Director Meetings will be held monthly on the third Tuesday of the month at 7 pm. The location is via Zoom unless otherwise posted here. For additional information, email info@FCTstage.org. 
  • Additional Board Meetings: A special board of directors meeting was called by the board chair and took place on October 5, 2025 at 7 pm via Zoom. One of the outcomes was that by a majority vote, the number of board members increased from 9 to 11 members.

FCT Annual Meeting and Lofty Awards August 17, 2025  at 6:30 pm

Be our Guest! The FCT Annual Meeting and Lofty Awards will take place on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at 6:30 pm at the Vint Hill Theater on the Green located at 4225 Aiken Drive, Warrenton, VA. The Annual Meeting will include reports from the executive committee and executive director, as well as 2023 – 2024 members electing some additional board members. The Lofty Awards winners will be announced and entertainment will include the theater year in review!

Feel free to RSVP for free tickets to attend which is helpful so we can get an attendance estimate or just drop on by if you prefer!

The membership of Fauquier Community Theatre will elect three Directors to the Board for a three-year term at the Annual Meeting in August 2025. FCT seeks to have a diverse Board that represents all of its members and participants. The Board also seeks to have Directors with backgrounds that support specific Board functions, such as fundraising and community outreach, as well as someone with a financial or accounting background.
